Shipping Destination
We currently ship orders within the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States are not currently accepted.
Shipping Costs
Any shipping charge that applies to an order will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is submitted. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after an order is placed.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling)
Handling Time: 1–2 business days. Orders are prepared during our business days. Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays may begin processing on the next applicable business day.
2. Shipping Time (Transit)
Estimated Transit Time: 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: approximately 5–8 business days from order placement. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Cash on Delivery Orders
Gundam Kingdom currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD). No online card payment is required for a COD order. The order total shown at checkout is due according to the COD instructions provided for the shipment. Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are accurate so the order can be fulfilled successfully.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking is provided when available. After an order is dispatched, tracking information may be sent by email or otherwise made available to the customer. Carrier tracking can take time to update after a shipment is handed over.
5. Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address before submitting an order. If a correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If a package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact support@gundamkingdom.shop with your order details. For damaged deliveries, photographs of the parcel and product may be requested so we can review the issue.
7. Duties and Taxes
For orders delivered within the United States, any applicable sales tax will be shown or handled as required by applicable law. Customers will not be asked by Gundam Kingdom to pay undisclosed import duties at delivery for domestic U.S. orders.
